"Llegamos con mi esposa y 4 hijos y nos encontramos con la sorpresa que los dueños del departamento no conocían de nuestra reserva. Según indicaron Hoteles.com no les había hecho llegar ninguna información de la reserva. "Friendly staff overall. Wifi wasn't great, maybe too many people sharing. Wish they would have had a fan in the room I was in, as well as mosquito nets for the beds. Got my own as I couldn't sleep. "The safe was tiny and was detached so totally unusable The WiFi was cut off for repairs leaving us disconnected. On leaving the Hotel my telephone would not work so had to return to Hotel to get connected again.....very peculiar!
