"This sunny cottage is a tiny sanctuary nestled in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte. The owners’ attention to detail is apparent in the design/furnishing of the space. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to visit again! Note: if accessibility is a concern there are a few steps in the unit and the entry requires a walk down a (charming) flagstone and brick path."

"We had to move out of our house for 11 days due to floors being replaced. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and was very clean, cute, and had everything we needed to cook meals. The location was near lots of restaurants and we loved the tennis courts and trails. Rob and Heather were very easy to work with too."

"I enjoyed the location of this property and the responsiveness of the host. However, all the good pictures of the house are in the post. The floor was soft, the bathroom door had been kicked in at some point and didn’t even shut. There were holes in the ceiling from a previous leak, etc. I hope there is a place on this app that I can add the pics that I took"

"What a beautiful property to stay and relax and celebrate our daughter graduating from college. We were a Family of 10 coming from Florida, Virginia and Georgia. To be all together in a beautiful home with the lake and activities vs staying in a typical hotel setting - was so much more enjoyable! We loved our time together as a family! "If I could give more stars than 5, I would! The cottage is clean and comfy, in a beautiful wooded setting. The beds are very comfortable, the bath towels are plush and soft, and the kitchen is stocked with what you need for meal prep. We all especially enjoyed the evening sounds coming from the wooded area. The trip to and from the airport is very easy and the house is conveniently located. The Host is lovely, with excellent communication. Our entire stay was enjoyable!"

"We had a family of 8 (4Adults & 4 kiddos [12,11,8, &2] and it accommodated us very well. We had a quick 3 day stay. We were able to relax in a clean and quiet neighborhood. We visited Camp North End, Freedom Park, Concord Mills Mall and just enjoyed playing waffle ball in the backyard. Our property host was very kind and attentive. When we go back, we hope the space will be available again. We give it 10 stars! 🌟"

"We wanted a quiet place to stay with our senior dog that was convenient to UNC Charlotte botanical gardens and how lucky we feel to have found this get away! The house was perfect with a beautiful backyard and nestled into a quiet neighborhood, lovely for evening post dinner walks. There was an issue with getting in with the door code but was easily resolved in less than five minutes! We also found a concern with a broken item and the host was grateful we made them aware. I cannot speak more...
