This beautiful home is located within the prestigious Indian Wells Country Club (IWCC), situated behind 24/7 guarded gates with 24/7 security patrols for your privacy and safety.

Experience luxury living in this elegant and comfortable 4,500 sq ft home on a fabulous double lot adjacent to the clubhouse. This property offers breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa mountains and the spectacular golf course with a fountain oasis beyond.

The elegant foyer opens to a separate, beautifully appointed living room with a magnificent fireplace overlooking the pool and offering extended views. Across the foyer is the gracious formal dining area, featuring an impressive full bar which leads to the large gourmet kitchen.

The chef's kitchen is fully equipped to cater to any occasion. It boasts a Sub-Zero refrigerator, double ovens, and fine tableware. Tucked up next to the window is a charming breakfast nook and office area with expansive views of the golf course. Adjacent to the kitchen is the comfortable family room, featuring a 76-inch TV over the fireplace, with easy access to the patio for outdoor entertaining and grilling. The nearby fire pit is essential for cozy evenings and stargazing.

The 75 feet of automatic awnings protect one from the sun on an afternoon swim.

The bedroom suites include full baths, spacious closets, smart TVs, and private landscaped patios.

The home is tailored to visitors who appreciate art and luxurious amenities. For your convenience, gardening, pool cleaning, and pest control services are included, and housekeeping is available on request. Four air conditioners/furnaces and a water purifying system are there for your comfort. This rental is perfect for those who enjoy the finer things in life.

The Indian Wells Tennis Garden (BNP Paribas Open) is only a 4 minute drive away, or take a shuttle bus from the IW Resort Hotel. Even closer is The Indian Wells Golf Resort which boasts two award-winning Troon 18-hole courses. World-class shopping and dining is close by on El Paseo Drive - the shopping mecca of the desert. Golf carts are available for rent from Golf Cart Services for golfing or trips to El Paseo, and a driver is available by appointment. Further details will be addressed once payment has been received.

Please note that a security deposit is required. A separate charge of $900 for heated pool access (reflecting the energy costs) will be charged, and with an electricity bill exceeding $200 per month, the excess will be billed to your stay. Also, please submit pet information for owner’s approval. Thank you.

Fabulous setting!

This beautiful home with a Southern exposure is situated on a double lot, overlooking the golf course and mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed this expansive backyard with the pool, spa, and fire pit. The inside offered beautiful views, with its large windows and high ceilings. Each bedroom has its own en suite. Susan, the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Caregivers for the home were also very kind and responsive to any needs. We would love to stay again. Michelle
