「This has been one of the best hotel stays that we have had in a while! The staff were so genuine and helpful. Javier’s communication was excellent. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was perfect! The one downside was the pool said it was heated and it was not. 」

「Our room that we checked into had not been cleaned. We were moved into a different room which was good. Over all we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. It was not at the standard it usually lives up to. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.」

「The hotel was much better than when we drove into the property. It looked like, and may have been, an old apartment building. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. Rooms spacious, full kitchen, utensils- great place for extended stay. Beds very comfortable. I need to be near Methodist Hospital several times the next few months and will always stay there. Reasonable rate and good location.」

「The staff was super nice and we forgot our daughter’s competition Leo for gymnastics and they were very helpful and allowed another family to come pick it up as we were very far away and almost back to Ohio. 」

「Honestly, as my husband and my teen daughter were checking in, we were a bit frustrated due to how to get in the cozysuites. It was my scanning/reading over the check in details of the room and luckily my tech teen figured out how to get in the apartment block. It was a late night shift staff who was amazing as she stayed calm, I was frustrated yet she handled us with integrity!!! We would definitely want to stay there again next year!! 「I liked the room and was happy to spend time there; however, on the third night a stranger (man) used his fob to open my door waking me up in the middle of the night. He seemed confused and I told him to leave. He thought it was his room. It was scary and I didn’t feel like the room had secure locks and for that reason I won’t book again. 」
