"The staff was excellent! They were pleasant, attention, energetic and displayed great attention to detail. Would have liked to have a microwave in the room for my child's special diet. I am guessing if I would have asked they would have found one for me. With so many restaurants nearby and ice for my cooler we were able to make it happen. The room was spacious, the shower wonderful with the door and hot hot water. The shampoo, conditioner and body was were delightful. As a family who is chemical free we appreciated the quality of the items in the room, no scents in cleaning supplies, linens etc... The valets and young men greeting and assisting with loading and unloading. Parking was easy and convenient for a busy, city area. Breakfast was not continental but convenient and tasty. Prices were to be what is expected in a large city hotel. I give my stay an A+ with extra credit and Whitney the manager was courteous and accommodated the small issues that we did experience. All the while listening, smiling and staying sweet! All issues made right by her. We will def be staying again next year! Thank you for making our stay wonderful as we were there to participate in the Mini Indy with my daughter who is an Athlete Rider with Ainsley's Angels in Ohio. The balloon arch for the Indy and the Race water bottle, nerds and key chain in the race bag was a fun treat. We sure felt special!"
