“My husband and I have stayed here twice in the last couple of years. Its a great place to stay with great staff. I might suggest some larger bowls in the cabinets and maybe a frying pan as well. Overall great place to stay. ”

“We have stayed at many hotels. The staff is usually "nice". But these employees were better than nice. The hotel looks brand new. It is smaller than the Hampton Inn, which is across from it. The smaller size made it easier to navigate and interact with other customers. The visitors came from Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, California, Indiana, and Illinois. ”

“Beautifully restored house with spacious, clean rooms. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. They even thought of all the little things that make a B&B special like leaving rain ponchos out for the guests on rainy days and leaving a variety of freshly baked goods out for late night snacks. It was a 15 minute ride to Churchill Downs and 5 minutes from downtown Louisville. But, there were many restaurants and pubs in short walking distance. I highly recommend the Market Street Inn. ”

“Myself and my grandson were in town for a sleepover and pick up of auction stuff the following day. I did phone ahead to make sure that I would be able to get a room focused to the lobby or at least closest to the elevators if I was up on the second third or fourth floor. I was greeted and received a room close to the lobby. Couple of complaints I have. Are the eggs that had too much water in them. I was not aware until I got there that I would be charged a hundred dollar security deposit. I'm……
