"It was a nice hotel but I was on the 10th floor and could still hear the traffic outside. Lobby was very busy. Food in restaurants on site not good to be honest but staff were very nice. "

"Many of these types of hotels are very similiar. The difference at Microtel was their staff. Oh my goodness, what great people! Joe, who is my personal favorite, bothered to get to know people, is quick to smile and will do the extra to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
