Weekend Visit to Indy

This apartment was great for my stay. It was clean and comfortable. Easy access in and out. The neighborhood was nice with lots of good dining/bars nearby. I would stay here again.

Great Experience

Our stay was a great experience. The rooms were clean, inviting and comfortably furnished. The bed was comfortable. Communication with the host, both before and during the stay, was quick and informative. The location was in a nice residential neighborhood. The accuracy of the listing was spot on.

Sunitha, the host, is the best! So sweet and accommodating. I had all the basics I needed for my stay and she was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Check in/out was super easy and if I am in the area, I will definitely stay here again!

Just perfect!

I chose this place for the location and style, and it ended up being all that and more. It's beautifully redone, and so very comfy cozy. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Cute place!

Very clean and Sunitha was easy to communicate with when I had a question. We were super comfortable in the unit and the decor was very nice. Did not hear any noise from upstairs at all. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Great value

The host was very communicative. This place was fully stocked and you could tell they put extra thought into providing many luxuries like a sleep/noise machine, dehumidifier and french press. The pots and pans / kitchen utensils were better than what I usually get at a residence inn type of hotel and the price was amazing, considering everything you get. I would definitely stay here again :)

It was a perfect stay!! The place is perfect for a couple or just one. It’s very clean and well decorated. The host is very easy to communicate with and answers very promptly! The neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. We had an issue with the door and we reached out to our host and she addressed it immediately! My husband and I were very impressed and will stay there again.

Wonderful spot just outside Downtown Indy! Great spot to spend a couple nights for the Indy marathon. Lots of amenities and essentials covered, including ear plugs, dish soap, and fan/white noise makers. Would highly recommend this spot.

This is a comfortable, reasonably priced and nicely decorated property in a safe neighborhood. We were able to park on the street very close to the property. The host was great to deal with and it seemed important to her that we enjoyed our stay. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

We enjoy our stay here. We were in town for a wedding and a concert. I liked that we had a kitchen and laundry facilities on site. It was a perfect set up for my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again in the future if needed.

Nestled in a tree-lined neighborhood in the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis is a gem of a place for a great price. The space is comfortably arranged into a sleeping area, living room area, and kitchen area (in which are the bathroom and stackable washer & dryer). One can cook on the 2-burner stove or eat out at one of the cool restaurants not far from this VRBO. Clean lines and minimalist decor give this unit a modern feel. There’s plenty of street parking, and we felt safe returning even late at night. Smart TV, strong AC, and complimentary coffee/tea made our stay relaxing. It’s a short drive to Grand Park (where we spent a good chunk of time) and the owner was very easy to work with.

I was in Indianapolis with my dog for a Flyball tournament at the fairgrounds and the apartment was perfect. Clean and comfortable with a very responsive host. I highly recommend it!
