5 stars across the board! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place was exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Indianapolis area. Such a great location!

Disappointed

First and foremost we booked this because of the sky bridge access. We were not aware that it closes and there is no mention of this in the listing. We could have stayed somewhere else with the same access for half the cost. At one point our fob access was disconnectedwere not notified. were

Great communication and nice place but not what I wanted when booked

I booked for skywalk access. Even asked ahead of time what I needed to do. Was told to follow signs. There are no signs of how to get to it, just a map of downtown Indy and where the skywalk goes. Once they sent me a video I realized you had to have access with a key fob but you have to return the fob so you can’t take it on your last day. As a coach carrying a bunch of equipment , this was the reason for me booking this place. The parking near it is also shady. You have to walk in an alley under construction. Had a couple scary incidents. The apartment itself is nice. The bed is hard as a rock so I couldn’t sleep at all. The bathroom was made for anyone 5’6 and under- sink, toilet and shower. The kitchen is nice and the facility itself is nice however, it isn’t on Illinois street like they say. The entrance is actually on market street. The best and really only thing that I gave them 5 stars for was communication. They were quick to respond and answer questions.

Not what I expected, but worked out.

I'm not one to write reviews on literally anything but this one I felt was needed. I stayed alone for 3 days in Indianapolis for Business. When I arrived I grabbed a coffee next door (because 4pm check in sucks) and was warned that the place wasn't safe. My guard was up after that, but after the second day I felt fine there. Lots of young people walking around. I used the skywalk the most and not the main entrance. The towels didn't look clean, the carpet needs cleaning, I was unsure about the sheets and the bed is so hard its not even funny. The windows are so dirty that you can hardly see out of them. I liked the space and the place could be really cool, just needs a deep clean. I also believe that the cookware wasn't clean. When I left I put the sheets and towels in a pile so they would get cleaned and couldn't get reused.
