Very spacious

We really enjoyed our stay. There’s a great location, easy and accessible parking and great walking distance to a number of places in Indianapolis. There’s plenty of space for several people to stay.

Nice place, great location. Didn’t understand that I was responsible for parking which the lowest rate was $30/day

Great Location

This place is extremely convenient to many downtown attractions. Amenities were basic but what we needed. The building is connected to the Skywalk but confusing as to how you access. Check-in done via email. Building seemed secure and in a safe neighborhood.

Review on different room due to not being able to get in this suite because of the key pad not funct

The security of the facility was terrific. From walking in the front door and needing a code to even unlock was enough to make you feel safe. The email instructions were perfect to a tee. Upon arrival to the room is where it got frustrating. The room code given did not work. A call to support was answered promptly however after receiving two more codes the door would not open. After about 20 minutes we were then told we could go to the 5th floor to a different apartment. We had drove for 3 hours and were exhausted so we quickly agreed. The room we were moved to was a little more dated than I had originally selected. The apartment smelled and looked clean which was important,the bedroom we stayed in had a window that faced the lobby which let a lot of light in. Otherwise, very quiet and family oriented.
