*Those travelling with pets... When you book with us, VRBO has made the option to add pets to your stay not very obvious. Please double check they are added to your stay so that our small one time pet fee doesn't have to be added to your booking after the fact.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our property is a quiet rural area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within 15-20 minutes of city life and shopping.

Your private unit is located in our brand new pole barn on our historic farm. It is a lower level unit that sleeps 4 and has 1 bedroom,1 full bath and a sleeper sofa. you will have a private fenced yard (perfect for those with furry friends) with fire pit and a large area for fun with your family. Covered porch with a relaxing porch swing, dining area and BBQ Grill.

Large open fields with wonderful breezes and local wildlife. Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets make a perfectly peaceful stay, close to all the conveniences of the city within about 15-20 minutes. Our place has all the modern conveniences in a rural location, such as high speed internet and smart TV.

**In the photos you may notice an upper deck and entrance, this is empty space right now. Eventually we will be building on to add on to this stay, by adding another bedroom, bath and entertainment area. We haven't done this yet, but know that you have no one else staying in your area. It's a completely private stay.

Beautiful property. Originally from Indy and visiting from Texas. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. Everything was so clean, comfortable and inviting. The location was quiet, peaceful and safe. The fresh farm eggs and view of the farm animals every day was one of many, best parts!

Absolutely Fantastic Stay

I cannot begin to tell you all the good things! Chris was more than happy to talk to us and explain parts of the farm. Everything was so positive. Nice area to sit outside and drink your morning coffee and can watch all sorts of animals in the lot beside you.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay here! The barn was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and we loved the check in booklet with all of the information. We enjoyed learning about the farm and animals. It was so much fun getting to watch the animals eat and move around each day, especially Sam the llama. We also enjoyed holding the baby goats. We felt right at home and the farm comes highly recommended.

We love this place. We were able to see 13 baby sheep. Twins were born while we were there, which was pretty cool. It was so awesome watching all the barn animals and we cannot wait to come back for our future visits.

Wonderful experience!

The property was wonderful. We used it as a stopping point on our way down South. We ended up getting stuck in a snowstorm, and the host was great. They shoveled the walkways and around the car, warned us about road conditions around, and even accommodated us for an extra evening when we were snowed in. The place was clean and very accessible. We would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful getaway

Quiet and peacful with beautiful views of morning sunrises. Everything we needed was ready and waiting. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The animals and grounds are just amazing. This historic farm is absolutly amazing. Will return and suggest to others.

Farm Oasis

This was our second stay at this property and we have absolutely fallen in love with it all over again! Our kids love the animals and fenced in backyard. The property itself is extremely clean, which is much appreciated! We will definitely be recommending this space to all our friends and family!

Unique farm experience- a perfect visit

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Set just 25 minutes outside of Indianapolis, we had the most enjoyable time. The home itself is modern and cozy. The fresh eggs were a delicious touch. My kids loved watching the farm animals and cuddling the kittens, puppies, and bunnies that were out. If you are a lover of animals with idyllic views, this is the perfect place to stay. The hosts were generous and lovely to interact with. If ever we are back in Indiana, we would certainly stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful!

Our family travels a lot & stays in many VRBO’s. This has been our best experience. The little touches make this place stand out like non other. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Guys. There's animals. It's such a cute space. The view will be an awesome thing to watch change as the planting season starts. The space is very cozy and comfy. Quiet. Sweet.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We were traveling from Boston to visit family in Indianapolis and I was looking for a different type of stay. This city girl is getting tired of staying in hotels. We have an Australian Labradoodle who is 15 1/2 years old and I wanted to be able to just let him out the door to walk, wander and play in the fenced in backyard. This property could not have been better. A all around. Super clean, everything was new and just as described. The hosts were amazing. The property was so fun being able to see their farm animals, watch an amazing sunset and great opportunity to just chill out, have some wine on the patio, grill some dinner and relax. The hosts even left us some fresh eggs, which were absolutely delicious for breakfast; I never realized what I was missing until I had fresh eggs. We will definitely be back. This is a hidden gem, 10 stars all around. My husband enjoyed meeting the owner, learning about him, the property, etc. I’m already looking at booking other dates in the future when we’ll be in Indianapolis visiting family. This is the way to go 100%. Thank you Chris & Vicky!

Second Stay

We enjoyed this place so much we booked it for another 2 weeks. I cannot say enough about the owners/hosts of this property. Everyday it seemed like Chris, the part owner ( his wife owns the other half and she is adorable) was adding something new that enhanced the experience of living on a farm. They made us feel like we were a part of the family. Clean, well appointed, and everything you need when traveling was available. If you are looking for a relaxing experience in a historic setting, then don't look anywhere else for your stay. STAY AT THIS LOCATION.

Best BnB/VRBO we’ve ever had!

My wife and I travel and use BnBs often because we travel with 2 larger dogs. We came to the area to visit with family that live outside of the city. From the initial booking to check out, everything was amazing. Chris sent us a PDF beforehand that laid out everything about the unit, their property, and recommendations for the area. They even included pages from user manuals for the devices and appliances that are in the unit Incase you have questions for how to use them. A hard copy of this pdf is also provided on the counter when you arrive. The attention to detail and quality of everything in the unit is great. We had the feeling like we were staying at a nice hotel. It’s about 15-20 mins away from everything so it’s not a far drive but you really get to enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay being just outside of the city. Chris also went above and beyond staying in contact with us. Being late January, we had a warm day that melted all if the snow while we were there and made everything a little muddy. Because he knew we had two larger dogs with us, Chris came over offering a better towel to clean off our dogs paws with. I was already going to message and ask for one because the shower towels were white but he beat me to it. It was just another way to prove they put effort to try and think of everything to make your stay great. We have family that live in the area and this will be our first choice whenever we come to visit.

The farm setting and the farm animals were so much fun to observe.I wouldn't have changed a thing, and hope we have the opportunity to stay here again on our next trip to Indiana.
