It was a easy access in and out of property. Bed comfortable along with a air conditioner that kept you cool. TV was not working well. Nice small refrigerator in room. It was very quiet which helped getting sleep. I would stay again if in area

It may not be the prettiest hotel out there, everything was clean and worked. The beds were comfortable. Could use an update but it was ok.

The flooring by the bathroom was slippery and I almost fell using a cane. But the worst part is that you can’t leave quietly, you need to go to the front desk and inform them you’re leaving since they ask for a 100 deposit and you won’t get it back unless you go.

El personal del hotel es muy atento y amigable, inmejorable en ese sentido. La limpieza de toda la propiedad es excelente. Me hubiese gustado tener un poco más de variedad de canales en la TV. Pero en general me gustó mucho el lugar. Lo recomiendo.

Never got my $100 back. Was told the cost would be $54 dollars but Expedia charged us way more. Thought we were getting a deal. The front desk guy told us the @100 deposit would go back in the back as soon as we check out

It was a very pretty hotel when you walk in there’s a beautiful staircase and it was probably the best vibed hotel me and my boyfriend have stayed at our check in was fast and we weren’t disturbed or treated bad. The girl at the front desk was amazing and super nice we loved her and she honestly deserves everything good coming her way! Thank you guys.

It's a place to sleep and that's about where it ends. The room smelled terribly of smoke the second we walked in, there were cigarette burns in the duvet cover as well. The bathroom surround was not attached to the wall, which is a wild thing to do when there's a bar meant for bracing yourself on that piece of the surround. The walkway which serves handicapped guests is completely overgrown with bushes as well and as a result is impassable. The parking lot is terrible too, there's a dozen vehicles blocking the right side of the road so it's one lane, and you can't see around them to safely pass. Overall, we wouldn't stay again but as a single overnight stop it's....fine.

The staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The room i stayed in definitely could use some attention to detail cleaning wise and some updates. The a/c unit did not work very well and the door definitely needed to be replaced. It stuck and the extra locks were non functioning. Over-all the stay was ok. If traveling back to that area I would stay again.

The breakfast was good, the room was nice, but the front counter staff was not friendly at all! 2 of them never even said Hi when I went up to the counter, the 3rd said hi but when I asked him a question about breakfast he never even acknowledged me, I think he might have beenlistening to headphones. My only other thought is it would be nice to have a wastebasket near the bed or desk, not just in the bathroom

The staff was truly exceptional. The hotel and rooms are quite outdated. The walls and showers were not very clean, but the furniture surfaces were. The toilet had some problems, and we were offered another room immediately. Being close to the track and availability of the outside shuttle service "all aboard," we would definitely return.

It's just an old property. It looks and smells like an old property. The towel rack fell off the wall. It's clear it's happen before. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. We we're intown for a funeral, and most of the hotels were booked because of a volleyball tournament. If you're in a pinch, I guest it's okay. If not, go somewhere else.

There were only a few people staying at the hotel when we arrived. Pros - the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was good, the rooms were big and the beds were comfortable, the maids came regularly to change the sheets and linens and there were plenty of streaming options available. Cons - the locks on the door in our room was broken forcefully and needs to be replaced, we had to run the hot water for 15 minutes before we were able to take a shower, there was no shuttle from the airport, and the hotel could have used some additional cleaning. There were stores, gas stations and restaurants all within walking distance which helped.

Honestly, we pulled up and the place looked questionable. Once we got inside in was like most other smaller places. Do they need work done? Yes. Could it be better? Yes. Was the stay what we needed? Yes. Would I go back? Sure. Lobby was nice. Dining area was good. Room was just like other places we stay at. You can tell it’s a small operation and for the size of the place they do a good job. Check it out but also check your expectations.
