讚好：整潔度
The location is very cool, close to the heart of downtown Indy, right along canal made this a good choice. The amenities seemed really great as well. Unfortunetely during the three days i was there the managment company didn;t send the email with details on how to gain access so lost an hour at 10 pm arrival night, garage was convenient for parking but a tough surpirse to finally get in and immediately hit with the stink of a washing machine that has soured and needs to be cleaned, but made worse to find the AC out in the apartment and the 80 degrees - was not pleasant in the main area, kitchen and bathroom. This was known as there was a portable AC unit in the bedroom and hooked up to the window so sleeping but really pleasant. No returned messages from the host and no request or work order was requested to the managment group to alleviate the issue. The kicker was no knolwege that the pool was closed so no rooftop swiminng and relaxation - would have been nice to know to make other plans. The AC, smell, closed pool and lack of communication made it a rough stay. BUT the place has potential and hopefully just hit them on a bad weekend as the reviews were all great. The layout and locale made this enticing, but i would work through some communication on the front end to verify the issues are resolved. And to be fair with this poor review, i reached out and asked if I could call to share the details of my stay before i wrote this review but got no response at all...
