Great stay!
The house was cute and clean with a great location close to everything. It had everything we needed. The only thing we had trouble with was connecting some devices to the Internet, including the house TV, until we found the router on the last night and restarted it. Overall great stay!

Very cute house and perfect place to stay for my daughter and I who were in town for swim meet at IUPI. Minor glitch with bugs at first but the management company was prompt to fix the issue and very helpful. Would stay here again and recommend.

Eek mice!
Having a main door to the outside in every room was a bit odd. Also no window coverings with a window that looks face out to the neighbors house/yard. Lastly, on the first night I heard a weird scratching but was unable to identify it and the 2nd night i heard it again and upon investigating further was shocked to find a mouse actively eating through my bag of snacks which was completely closed and on a table no doors and windows were left open during my stay. When I contacted management they requested a picture but by the time i received a response i had already disposed pf the damaged items as i was flying out that day. very disappointed they choose not to address this in anyway

Awesome stay!
It was very nice and quaint, a very comfortable place to come back to rendezvous when we were done doing things in Fountain Square, would recommend.

We had a great stay overall, only small issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that we both really enjoyed it, very easy to get around to the main spots in Indy, really makes it feel like a home away from home!
