Cozy getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a mom and dad weekend. It was perfect for the two of us, cozy and inviting! The location is great and a short car ride to downtown Indy.

This home was nice and cozy. It was very clean. The location was very convenient, as you are able to walk to the city for events and food. The property manager makes sure to check up on you during your visit, making sure you’re enjoying your stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Nicely Decorated and Close to Downtown

This was a nice place that was located close to all the local amenities downtown. Very nice and quiet area. Very well appointed. The air mattress works like most other air mattresses we have used and does tend to let out some air through the night. Oberall, it was a very nice stay!!

This was perfect for our trip to Indianapolis for the big ten basketball tournament. It was nice to have a full kitchen. About a mile walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, or a couple minute uber. Neighborhood was quiet a close walk to trendy coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely do again for our next trip to Indy.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything about the house was perfect for us. The location was really great for anything we wanted to do in the downtown area. The decor is very cute and cozy. We loved the huge shower and the comfortable king sized bed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware so we could make dinner. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Indy and will recommend to friends and family. Communication with the host was also great. Thank you!

Perfect Stay for a Weekend Swim Meet in Indy!

My son and I had a wonderful stay in this rental for a weekend swim meet at IUPUI. It was the perfect size for two people traveling from out of town. The full kitchen was a great bonus for cooking in, but with so many nearby restaurants, we also had plenty of dining options within easy reach. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the pool, which made early morning warmups hassle-free. I could easily drop off my swimmer, head back to relax, and have breakfast before the competition began. The bath was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet with little traffic, adding to the convenience. Highly recommend for anyone coming into Indy for events!

Nice place and convenient location. Owner decides the temperature and will not let it get above or below a certain temperature. Had two nights of poor sleep due to this. Was there for an event so it did not go as well as it could have.

Very clean, great location. Seems to be a good neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Neighbors leave porch lights on all night also with decorative lights. Made it feel like a Christmas setting with the lights. Within walking distance of Lucas Oil stadium. 1.1 miles. Walked it at night after concert. Only negative was parking. Okay for a short stay

While the studio has been updated and all amenities are as described, it could have been deep cleaned better. The bathroom is very small and difficult to maneuver when two people are trying to get ready at the same time. The towels provided smelled musty. The bed frame (while goes with the theme of the studio) was made from pallets. The neighborhood was quiet but a few “city noises” kept us awake at night. Again not the owners fault, but want to make anyone considering this VRBO, you will definitely hear sirens and trains. The location was perfect for our short trip to IUPUI and many local restaurants. A larger coffee pot also would have been nice to have, but the Keurig was convenient.

In town for a conference

We booked this property due to its proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium and the ICC- convention center. It did not disappoint. We walked into downtown every day without the hassle of finding parking. The neighborhood was quiet and street parking was available next to the house. The property manager was responsive to inquiries and accommodations. The popcorn, bottled water, and K cups were very appreciated. We’re a family of 5 so we did use the pull out sofa bed and air mattress. There is plenty of floor space for the air mattress and pull out. The air mattress was not holding air by the morning but for our small son- it was fine. I would not count on it working for teens or adults however. Thank you!

The description of the property makes you believe that it was walking distance…to SOMETHING. It’s not. At all. It is absolutely adorable- but in a very, very inconvenient, rough feeling part of town. Anything that COULD be walking, is impossible because the streets and sidewalks are under SERIOUS construction. The neighborhood isn’t a place that I felt comfortable- I was with my son. Just the two of us. If you stay here, a car is a MUST. We had to uber everywhere and left after the first night to find more convenient, safe feeling, accommodations elsewhere. I asked the owner for a one night refund- given the circumstances- no sidewalks, NO STREET LIGHTS, roads that were not navigational by the even the uber drivers- he never responded. I was willing to pay for two nights - our reservations were for three- out of curiosity- as we only stayed for one.. I would never take a child to this property, nor would I recommend staying there without a car. Really disappointed.
