  • This one-of-a-kind 4BR, 2.5BA home in Bates-Hendricks is in a prime location, 1 mile or less from dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, as well as Fountain Square, Lucas Oil stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Fully stocked with all the amenities and conveniences for a 5 star stay, and 11 total places to sleep, this home truly has it all! Come experience why I am a verified and consistent Premeir Host and why my guests absolutely love to stay here!

    This lovely home honors its rich history and original architectural style while thoughtful amenities add to a comfortable home away from home. After a long day of sightseeing, you can look forward to relaxing with your family and friends.

Great choice for a stay near downtown Indy. Clean and updated house and close to Lucas Oil and conventions center. We had a lot of fun playing pool and having the space to hang out. Would definitely stay again.
