Overall the property was great ! The only issue I had was that the floors creek pretty bad , but you can tell the property is a bit older so it’s understandable. The rooms only have a ceiling light/fan , there’s no tvs in the rooms so I would recommend a bedside lamp.

We stayed here 10 days for a six game Fever home stand. The place was clean and comfortable, the queen beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is in a great location from downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a basketball tournament. House was nice and cozy. I enjoyed the decor. The area was quiet. Communication was more than 5 stars! The host was responsive to messages, kept me informed of anything and check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. I would definitely stay again.

This property worked very well for us as my daughter and I were in Indianapolis for a conference. It was easy to get to the convention center. We kept our car parked in front of the house and took Ubers each day which was easy and reasonable cost-wise and less expensive than paying parking prices near the convention center. The property was exactly as described, including the quiet street.

Was in town for a conference and brought the family. Staying at this house, we had a room to ourselves, and one for the girls, and one for our son. A nice getaway from the busyness of the conference. We had to do some light cleaning upon check in to get it closer to our standard, but overall enjoyed our stay.

This was a nice cozy spot for our family during a week of sports competition all over the city. Clean rooms, full kitchen and laundry, and enough space to relax between sessions made this a great place to stay this summer.

A comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood just as described. Loved the older home charm. Contacted the owner about extra tp and the remote not working and got prompt responses. Great stay overall!

I really enjoyed my stay at Mohammed and Leslie's place! The booking looks exactly as listed. As other reviews stated, it is an older home so there's A LOT of creaking from the wood but nothing too much to be a bother. Leslie was amazing at communication! She's very friendly and made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had. She was even sweet enough to work out an arrangement regarding my parents' cats. I'd stay again!

Older home, but well kept. There were a few small things that if it had been our home we would have updated. (No drain traps in bathroom sinks… so if you dropped something it was gone). But these were easily worked around and did not impact our stay at all Overall would stay here again.

The overall experience was decent. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is old but clean. It can improve some of the features like the kitchen stove, the refri and the wooden floor (to squishy). The staircase going up to the rooms is very narrow so is not recommendable for big size people. Is challenging going up the stairs, but one being upstairs, it is spacious. Three medium size rooms and a/c available throughout the house made it confortable enough. Plenty of stores to shop groceries around (driving distance). Indy downtown is just a 16 min drive, and I loved the fact that traffic is light in the mornings from this location. (Definitely not California) Communication with one of the hosts through text was amazing and she was very kind to us when we arrive earlier than check-in time and she let us getting. I definitely recommend it for a decent stay around Indianapolis.

The property was close to downtown, however there was sticky stuff all over the floors and dirty, the bedrooms were not dusted or vacuumed there weren't enough wash clothes to shower, there were no where to be found dish rags or towels, my son found a nasty toe nail clipping on top of the counter. Not at all impressed with the cleanliness of this property and the amount that was paid to stay for 2 nights.
