不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in.
When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel and I went to turn the key back in and told them we would not stay in a place this disgusting. The lady at the desk just told me "no refund" and took the key and closed the little passthrough. 1 star is giving them too much credit.
