Not dog friendly
This is my first experience with VRBO and not the competitor. We booked and had a ton of paperwork to sign off on which was my first experience ever having to do that but there were no out of the ordinary asks. A week prior to my stay I got a message stating I wasnt going to be able to being my dog. I had to explain it was in the actual description and contratc that I could.. They apologized and we moved on. When we got to the property, we were in a very dilapidated area. 10ft from the back door the neighbor has chickens. The yard was full of nails, screws, and debris. The steps going into the house were very dangerous. Inside looks very nice. The beds were comfortable. The couch was broken. The furiture downstairs is very cheap and didnt seem safe to sit at the table. I went to let me dog out at night and found they changed the alarm code so we were locked in. I had to message them and they told me the new code. Luckily they got back to me right away. I would stay here by myself but this is dedinetly not a safe family.home.
