Excellent Get a Way Stay

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of bedding and pillows were available. Loved having a grill to cook family dinners. Would recommend this rental to friends and family. Our family looks forward to rebooking if we find our way back to Indy!

Took my 3 teenage nephews to the Speedway for an entire race weekend. The house was perfectly located, just a couple blocks from the track so we were able to walk back & forth. We will definitely keep this property in mind for next year.

Well Kept and So Cute!

Our friends lived staying in this home for a few days while in town for our daughter’s wedding. They said it was cute, very clean, and modern. Close to Main St., which was nice for our busy weekend! Would 100% recommend. Communication was top notch, as well.

Perfect when no races

The cottage is apparently used for big parties during races, but it was a perfect place to stay when visiting my brother in Speedway during other times. It was very comfortable, clean, well lit, and quiet. I love the touches of having room darkening curtains in the bedrooms and lamps in the living room. (These can be hard to find in rental houses.) And it was conveniently located and close to restaurants on Main Street. I hope to stay at the cottage during future family visits.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this Vrbo was nothing short of exceptional. The host was incredibly gracious and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into every detail. The location is truly unbeatable—tucked in a quiet spot but just minutes from everything you’d want to see or do. Whether you’re heading out for a bite to eat, exploring the area, or just taking a scenic stroll, everything is right at your fingertips. The interior decor is beautiful—modern, cozy, and perfectly curated to make you feel at home. Every room was spotless and well-appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. From fully stocked essentials to thoughtful extras, they’ve truly thought of everything. If you’re considering a stay in this area, do yourself a favor and book this place. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to returning!

This House RULES!!

Awesome house-- we came here for the Nascar/Indy Car Weekend - last weekend of July, House fully stocked and is just plain awesome. It is so close to the Indy Motorspeedway-- right directly a block away from start finish line. We had tickets in Paddock Penthouse @ the start finish line-- it literally took us 8 minutes from our seats to getting back to our rented home-- you cant beat having a house this close to the track !! Neighbors all around us (the locals) were super friendly-- making the stay that much mor enjoyable....Bed super comfortable. and House does have a washer/dryer which it didnt list- and that makes it a 5 Star Rating-- this House "ROCKS" !!!!
