We stayed as a group of 13 in six rooms for a large convention. The liaison company (rhymes with bonnections, but change the 1st letter for the third letter of the alphabet) we had to go through to get our event tickets/rooms was NOT great to work with, and they had canceled needed rooms for other groups, placed "no edits" on the reservations, and just created chaos--NOT the hotel's fault. However, the hotel management did a wonderful job sorting the mess created by the liaison company. They maintained professional conduct and did their best to sort everything out.
Positives about the hotel: the beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was served 6-9:30, and it was omelettes, sausage, a few bread/pastry types, cereal, waffles, juice, milk, and coffee. The juice was very good. Our room ACs stayed cool, and we got fresh linens any time we asked. There were restaurants in walking distance.
Negatives:
The AC isn't functioning well in the lobby where you eat breakfast, so it was muggy there at this time of year (it may have been struggling from the full hotel and the doors constantly opening). Housekeeping would come into our rooms and take trash and dirty linens (thank you!) but not replace the linens they took--however, they were very kind about giving whatever we needed when asked.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we would come again.
