Great central location within walking distance of many restaurants and activities (Lucas Oil, Convention Center and the Gainbridge Fieldhouse). Easy access into the residence and parking included. Plenty of room with all the amenities. WiFi for working or streaming.

Do NOT reserve here. It is not safe or clean as they say and pictures posted are of a totally different unit then the one they rent and whole different apartment complex. My daughter and I were supposed to stay for the MEQ VB tournament and felt unsafe from the moment the Uber driver dropped us off, the whole area smelled like trash had been sitting in the trash chutes or dumpsters for weeks. We were followed almost all the way to the elevators to get into the unit by a random stranger (a male) who was not security and was not a tenant (even though the PM said there would be security on the premises) we walked into the hall of the unit and it was like 100 degrees, walked into the unit and the walls were scuffed, with black marks all over, the unit was also warm, the closet doors were off the hinges and couldn't close them, and the sheets and bathrooms did not look clean. We dropped our bags off in an attempt to find dinner and we had to walk under a bridge where drug activity was going on and homeless people were camped out, we turned back as soon as we saw that and immediately got out stuff out, dropped the key off at their key locker and booked at a hotel. We texted the property manager multiple times to tell them how we felt and they disregarded the what we said about feeling unsafe and expected us to just stay there and denied giving us a refund even though we were there for 30 mins tops. The thing that uoset me the most was the fact that I texted and asked if there was

The rooms were clean and the instructions were clear. The place looks like the pictures and it was in a great location. My only complain is that when it came time to check out, the code that was given to me to return the keys was not working and the host was unresponsive. I had to figure out a way myself to check out and open the box (I was in a big hurry and it was around 8:30am) so not too early in the morning and not close to checkout time either. Other than that, I do not have any complains regarding the place itself.

EASY check in/out process; very clean; FANTASTIC area with easy walking access to the Convention Center & activities; several delicious and good priced restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed it and will return for future conferences and events!

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The carpeting in the bedrooms and the bathroom towels could be replaced as they were getting worn. The biggest issue with the unit that we stayed in was the fact that the windows were not intended for a city environment. Our place was right on a fairly busy street with a bar across the street and a CSX train line a block away. All of the noise, including loud conversations on the street, loud mufflers and car stereos carried right into the apartment. The first night we were there was a mild night, and it was busy outside and we heard everything. Luckily the next two nights were raining so a lot less people and cars out. We would stay there again, just not in a street facing unit. If you are a light sleeper, you must insist on an inside unit.
