“We checked out of this property the same day we checked in. It was booked 8 months in advance. When we got there the outside of the property was completely under construction. There was clutter everywhere. I talked to VRBO and the owner and got nowhere so left the property we had paid a month for and checked into a hotel. I'm still trying to get some money back. “Beautiful home! Clean and comfortable. Game room was awesome and the huge TV was perfect for watching sports. There was a slight issue with the lock on the game room door but the owner was quick to address the issue. Upper floor was very warm when we checked in, but cooled down and was perfect by bedtime. There were eight of us staying there and we had plenty of room. Will stay again!”

“Very convenient location… walkable to Lucas, to downtown Indy and many locations. Very comfortable stay. On the location, I would add in the description that the location is the carriage house and the access is via the alley. I would also add that the main living quarters is up stairs - in case there are people staying there with mobility issues. Otherwise this is a great location. “When we arrived at the home at 9 pm the thermostat read 82 degrees and the upstairs window units had not been turned on so it was at least 10 degrees warmer in the bedrooms upstairs. We set the thermostat to 70 and it said 2 hours to cool. After 4 hours the thermostat read 77 degrees downstairs. In the meantime we went upstairs and sat on the queen size bed which immediately fell to the floor revealing that the bed frame had been taped together showing the host already knew the bed needed to be……
