“We had a very pleasant stay at Modern Carriage House Indianapolis. The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. One of the best features was the attached garage downstairs, which made parking especially convenient and secure. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We also appreciated having filtered water and ice available directly from the refrigerator, and the mattress was excellent—very comfortable and great for a good night’s sleep. The host was very responsive……

“When we arrived at the home at 9 pm the thermostat read 82 degrees and the upstairs window units had not been turned on so it was at least 10 degrees warmer in the bedrooms upstairs. We set the thermostat to 70 and it said 2 hours to cool. After 4 hours the thermostat read 77 degrees downstairs. In the meantime we went upstairs and sat on the queen size bed which immediately fell to the floor revealing that the bed frame had been taped together showing the host already knew the bed needed to be……

“Place was great for our stay with our pets. Great location, close to downtown. Loved the fact that the place had parking instead of having to park in the street. The host was fabulous - very responsive, polite and accommodating. Will definitely book again !!”
