“This was a great stay for the 4 nights I was in Indy. Max was a great host and quick to respond with every question I had (I bugged him a LOT) and with a great attitude. The place has everything you need and is quiet and relaxing. Oh, and, the bed is amazing! The outdoor area is a nice added bonus. You will not regret booking this place.”

“I’ll start with…I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The place is clean, safe, conveniently located, and comfortable. The host responds to messages immediately. My only complaint is that I got 2 towels, 2 wash rags and 2 hand towels for 7 days and 3 adults booked. I ended up buying extra wash rags so I didn’t have to wash every day. “Communication from the host was great! All amentities were amazing and location cant be beat! I would definitely stay with this host again in the future. ”

“The nearness of accessing the downtown area and architectural treasures. I parked next to the famous library across from the property and walked everywhere. The visitor center where we took 2 tours is a block away.”

“The rental had everything that we needed for our short stay in town to attend a funeral. The unit has been updated and there was plenty of space for my family. Communication with the property owner was good. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises.”
