Fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and free high-speed WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and blender, crockpot, handheld mixer.

Kitchen comes equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are at times provided: condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard. Foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well.

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.

Pool maintenance comes on Tuesdays and Fridays between 8 AM and 4:30 PM. Gardening is Wednesdays or Thursdays and sometimes Friday or Saturday depending on schedule.

In fact, more than 100 golf courses fill the Coachella Valley, allowing golf enthusiasts to play to their heart`s content. For sports fans, the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells and numerous PGA events are sure to please.

The community is conveniently located near casino nightlife, the Polo Grounds with polo horse activities, Coachella Music Festival, Stagecoach Music Festival, La Quinta, and Indio Arts Festivals. It`s also just minutes away from the Tennis Gardens in La Quinta.

Test your luck at Fantasy Springs, Augustine, or Spotlight 29 casinos, all within 2 miles from the house. Enjoy shopping and dining at The Gardens on beautiful El Paseo, just twenty minutes from downtown Palm Springs.

For family fun, spend the day at the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, or venture a bit farther to the Salton Sea and other outdoor adventures in the area. Pack a picnic and explore the fascinating rock formations and desert landscapes at Joshua Tree National Park, just 30 minutes away. Outdoor enthusiasts will find many hiking trails and horseback riding facilities in the area.

Downtown Palm Springs hosts various festivals, including the Palm Springs International Film Festival, drawing thousands of visitors annually. The town itself offers art, history, fine dining, and sights. Take the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to the top of Chino Canyon for breathtaking views of the valley floor below.

★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ★

WHAT DOES `ALL INCLUSIVE` MEAN?

Our `All Inclusive` offering means that guests are not charged extra for specific amenities and services. It includes complimentary pool heating, jacuzzi use, the option for early check-in or late check-out (up to two hours, subject to availability), and the accommodation of two dogs at no additional cost. It does not encompass free food and alcohol, as some might assume.

ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR POOL HEAT/JACUZZI/PETS/EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECKOUT/EXTRA GUESTS?

This is our all inclusive resort style home. We do not have any extra charges (with limitations).

Regarding extra guests: 14 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children (no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 14 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.

Pet policy: maximum 2 dogs! You must notify me before bringing pets. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. My cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up.

Pool/Jacuzzi: pool heated to 88°. Jacuzzi can be set at desired temperature. For requests of higher than 88° for pool temperature, an extra charge of $50 per day will be assessed.

Maximum early check-in is two hours at 2 PM. Maximum late check out is 10AM. Early checkin must be requested and may not be available depending previously booked reservations.

You must request extra amenities 5 days before arrival at 7pm when you receive the pre-checkin message. Requesting early check-in may or may not be available, although this amenity can be granted, it can also be changed depending on the booked reservations before it and after it.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 88 degrees. Please let me know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

IS A GOLF CART AVAILABLE?

No golf cart currently.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets.

PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Please absolutely no street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street overnight. You must park inside the garage or the driveway only.

You understand that the use of the entire house, including swimming facilities and exercise equipment such as treadmills and weight sets, carries inherent risks and may result in bodily injury. You accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained and hold the owner harmless. You acknowledge the potential dangers to unsupervised children, individuals with health risks, those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or pregnant individuals. By confirming below, you agree to assume all responsibility for yourself and your party, waiving any claims against the owner for accidents or injuries related to the use of the house facilities.
