Pool and hot tub made my family's stay a pleasure

We paid extra to heat the pool and the hot tub and the entire family played, swam and talked their way through the four days we stayed.Everything else was fine but the "grotto" is what made the stay.

Father’s Day weekend getaway

I loved the way the house was close to all the stores and restaurants . Also fully stocked with their amenities. house is big and spacious. Basketball court in the back was a plus. The pool and backyard space was my favorite! We will be back next year!

Paradise

My family and I stayed for a short 4 days in June. Absolutely wonderful place! Everything you need was ready at hand for a complete feel-at-home experience. Never wanted to leave. The only downside would be the temperature of the pool was a little cold. Who would have thought we needed to heat the pool before we got there? Still a wonderful place.

Pool home jacuzzi did not work during our stay not impressed

The space of the property the kitchen the pool was great except for no jacuzzi for the price I paid you think you would make sure everything was working the workers coming and going through the pool area during our stay was totally unacceptable

Fun stay but needs a few improvements

We really enjoyed are stay. The pool and property are outstanding and great for families and kids. Easy location to get to but located off a busy street and not great neighborhood however once your on property you feel very safe and you feel very secluded. Huge yard and indoor space is very wide open with a great kitchen and great options for dining in. We had issues with two of the TVs in kids rooms they never would work but not a deal breaker. Any time you rent you never know what your going to get in a bed, the mattress are not comfortable if they upgraded the mattress we would have gave this place a 5 star. Master bathroom shower head was not working properly and needs to be replaced and second bathroom shower does not drain properly but not a deal breaker either. We would stay again at this place because the pool and living area but would bring our own blankets and pillows to help with the sleep.

Could have been a better experience

Pros - 1. There are 5 comfortable beds. 2. Large home on a large lot. 3. Nice swimming pool with waterfall feature. 4. Vacasa rep did return my phone calls quickly. Cons - 1. The elock wasn't working properly nor was the key for the front door lock because the deadbolt didn't line up properly with the door jam and we had difficulty getting into the house daily. 2. Casita does not have a kitchenette. 3. Casita had pillows with blood and other stains. 4. Casita had pipes sticking out of the walls and a sink lying on the ground. No furniture other than a bed in the casita. The shower is very small. 5. House shows signs of wear & tear. 6. Couldn't get the TV to show local stations 7. Check-in process requires texting your driver's license. Mine was requested from me last minute while I was driving to the rental home.

Beautiful Home

This spacious home, grounds and pool are very well maintained. The pool was a spectacular success with adults and children alike. The kitchen was completely equipped which was nice as we used it continuously. Any concerns we had were explained and handled right away.

The Best Time

We had the BEST time at this home. When you travel with a large family as we do (Adults and Children), it can be hard to please everyone. This house had it all beautiful home, a BBQ pit for grilling and the Coolest pool with a waterfall that we have ever seen. Our favorite days of our trip to Palm Springs were hanging poolside, floating, playing, and making memories. I highly recommend this place and would 100% stay here again. Thank you, Vasaca, for making our stay so memorable.

The Cool Pool Retreat

The heated pool and spa was perfect for adults and kids. Having a casita was great for us “grandparents” with the two families in the main house. We also loved the pathways around the grounds, especially my two year old granddaughter. The restaurants and zoo were close enough, and getting to the airport was easy.

Great Family Getaway

Our family Thanksgiving gathering was wonderful. In our group of 10 our ages ranged from 84 to 5 and everyone had a good time. The kitchen was perfect for a large group of cooks and the dining table fit us all comfortably. One of the couples had to fit in a little work time and the cassata was perfect for them. There are a lot of threatening ordinances about noise and I fretted about neighbors complaining about us but it was never an issue. The checkin and out was easy. I hope to return to this house.

Cool pool retreat Sub standard house

When we arrived at the house no instructions on how to work the pool, two of the beds are so hard you can’t sleep on them. Bathroom door won’t close, patio table was going to come apart, outside BBQ appliances didn’t work, patio doors were hard to open and one had a pole in the track acting as a lock, pool lights didn’t work correctly even after maintenance came, two of the faucets didn’t work and one was loose. I have used Vacation Palm Springs several times before, but after Vacasa has taken over it’s just not the same. Won’t use this company again! House is in need major maintenance.
