Exceptional Property

My adult daughter and I stayed for 5 nights and loved the home. It was very clean and a great layout. The pool area was great, we loved the pool chairs. The area itself is vey quiet and nice, though it is quite a drive from the gates to the house but well worth it!

It was the perfect location for the lacrosse tournament my kids were attending - super close. Pool and spa were great for end-of-day relaxing and the location was very quiet and peaceful.

Sweet getaway

Came here to soak up the sun and warm weather. It’s a BEAUTIFUL home. Has everything you could want. Beds are so comfortable, game room was fun and loved the pool/whirlpool. Highly recommend!

Excellent house located in a gated golf course community. House was clean, well stocked, lots of space and nice areas set up for relaxing and fun including the game room and outdoor space with pool and lounge furniture.

Everything we needed for our mini gateway with four small kids. The pool was perfect and the game room was a very nice plus. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable beds .

Relaxing time in indio

Property was beautiful, clean and extremely well equiped. The bedding was top quality and the ensuite bathroom made you feel like you were staying in a luxury hotel. The only negative was to have more shade available around the pool area during the high temperature months; perhaps a roofed gazebo to the left of the pool...just a thought.

Clean and spacious

The Cozie was perfect for my family's annual summer trip. I would have to say that it was the cleanest rental that we've stayed at by far.My family of 5 plus 3 other family members had more than enough room to relax for our 3 night stay. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we need as well as a grill outside. Beds were comfy and rooms very spacious. Bathrooms were super clean and stocked with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and towels. Loved the saltwater pool that cooled us off for majority of the day - separate pool towel were also provided. And the gameroom was a definite plus that we all enjoyed. Only thing is the backyard isn't as private with the golf course and neighbors across in plain view, although there weren't too many people playing during our stay so it wasn't so bad.

Great place but…

Paying extra for the hot tub/pool (which is only available for 3-nights or more stays) is the only reason I don’t give it 5-stars. Otherwise, it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a large family. Might be too much home for just a couple. Neighbor to the north was very prompt to point out about “quiet hours” after 10pm. 10:04 to be exact. Even if you’re just talking with no music. Everyone was sober. But just a bit much. Parking is allowed on the street but we didn’t need it.
