Great place, very clean and spacious!
We had a great time! We were easily able to accommodate 5 couples into their own bedroom. A/C worked great which was nice for the desert. Definitely recommend this property.

Fabulous stay in Indio!!!
This house is amazing! Exactly as the pictures show. We stayed for a month and were comfortable throughout the stay. The house was very clean, the yard well maintained and the pool/spa were enjoyable. It had all the amenities we needed and the kitchen fully stocked. We had more than enough space for our family for both sleeping and working/school remotely. The backyard was completely secure for our puppy to enjoy and had a ping pong table, basketball hoop, hammocks and still room to throw a football. The beds were super comfortable which made our stay all that much better with a good night's sleep (sheets were so soft). All the people from Stay Travlr we connected with were extremely hospitable, courteous, and quick with their responses. Our point of contact at Stay Travlr was AMAZING!!! She provided outstanding service from before we signed the contract to after our stay ended. The property manager, the pool staff and the landscapers also very kind and considerate. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying with them again.

Well kept house, we had a great time, few minor issues the first night but management send somebody immediately to fix them, we are 5 families and stayed at different houses in the past but this one was definitely one of the best

Great multi-family getaway retreat!
This house was beyond our expectations. We had three families sharing the space, and no one was crowded at all. The pool was perfect for all ages and there were a ton of activities for the kids besides swimming. Perfect for a large group that wants space. Only had two issues and these weren't a big deal at all... First, the sofa bed in the large master suite was not the best. The wires were poking through and the top where your head goes tipped down. We were able to layer it with a few extra comforters and and put the cushions under the top to improve it. It would not have worked for an adult, but it ended up being fine for two kids to share. Even if it hadn't worked, there was an air mattress that could have been used. Only mentioning in case someone is relying on this. Lastly, the trash cans outside were full upon arrival. I would think it would be hard to manage trash in a house this size with large groups sharing the space and large quantities of trash going out. This was only an issue because it seemed to be attracting a lot of flies near the back of the yard. These two issues were seriously minor and would definitely not keep me from returning. We'll definitely be back because we LOVED it! Super clean, well stocked for large group and property management was very attentive and easily accessible via phone, text or email.

Beautiful extremely functional house
This property was perfect for our 5 families who stayed during a youth lacrosse tournament at the polo fields. Pool and hot tub, billiards, sports court and all the fun games in the garage. Fantastic. We cooked all our dinners here and the grill worked fantastically. Kitchen was well Stocked. Only small recommendations would be to have sugar or something for coffee. And some plastic cups to use out by pool. Great experience with the mAnager who checked in on us and brought extra darts and ping pong balls to us. Thank you.

Perfect Family Get Away
We rented this beautiful home with 14 family members (ages 9-81) for Thanksgiving and were not disappointed. The home was extremely clean and well appointed. We didn't cook a turkey, but cooked/grilled just about everything else during our four night stay and the kitchen was well equipped to handle it all. I will say that a second refrigerator would be handy for groups our size, but we made due with a cooler that we kept in the corner. A couple of the bedrooms are small with limited dresser space (specifically the two connected by the Jack and Jill bathroom), but the beds are all very comfortable and most importantly clean. I did not feel like I had to take off all the bedding and wash it first as I've done in some homes. Also, all the of the carpet is very clean...which is rare in homes that allow pets. I had no problem walking around bare foot (I'm a socks in all hotel rooms kind of girl). The rear yard is wonderful. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and sun bathe, play basket ball and ping pong, or just fall asleep in the sun. The pool is a nice size and perfect for playing a little pool volleyball or just floating around. There are also a few video game type "toys" in the garage for the kids that I don't remember being advertised. This was a nice surprise for even the "older" kids. The home is located in a nice neighborhood that is perfect for early morning and late afternoon walks with the pups. Lastly, communication with the owner as well as the on-site manager was easy throughout our booking process and during our stay...even ON THANKSGIVING DAY. The support was much appreciated. We will be back soon!!!

Beautiful property!
Guys golf trip to the desert was a huge success with this great property. Well kept, great finishes, salt water pool/spa were amazing. Hosts were accommodating and responsive as well. Will stay here again for sure.

Bad bad bad
This was the worst vacation we have ever had. This will be my last renter with this owner of the property. The house was nice and everything, but no privacy nor enjoyment what's so ever. The owner monitors all outdoor activities with cameras. You cannot have music nor taking outside. The security comes even when we were all indoor having lunch. The owner charges $250 for "noise complain", as if we did not pay enough. Texts, calls and emails from the owner throughout the whole time. We were so disappointed, we spent sooooo much money and we could not wait to go home because of all the stress. The worst experience ever. I do not recommend any rentals from this guys.

While it's difficult to hear that someone had a less than perfect stay at one of our vacation homes, sometimes it can take one poor review to validate all of the other fantastic reviews we have earned over time. While the overall guest experience is of utmost importance to our business and I make every effort to personally ensure that the quality of our service goes beyond guest expectations, we must also keep in mind that our vacation homes are located in beautiful, gated communities with full time residents and families surrounding you. We encourage and hope that all of our guests have a great time and enjoy each others company, we just ask that they respect the neighbors around them while doing so.

Beautiful home
We stayed here with our five kids and their spouses. The home accommodated all of us very well. We had some issues with running the pool and hot tub and understanding the process. Clear written instructions in the binder would have been helpful. We had a couple other minor issues with the house but the property managers were very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely Amazing Property
The pictures really dont do the house justice. Its SO comfortable. We were a party of 10 (including a few small kids) and there was something for EVERYONE, and never ever felt crowded or cramped, but also didnt feel like such a huge property where you couldnt find one another. The beds are all comfortable to sleep on. Furniture throughout the house was tasteful, plentiful and in good condition. Great kitchen to cook in, and the outside is perfect, with everything you'd want from the ping pong table, covered patio seating, bbq area, grass area for kids, basketball hoop, and of course the pool and jacuzzi! We will definitely be staying again!

Large House With Great Amenities in Quiet Neighborhood
My guests and I had an amazing weekend. Jen was very responsive to requests and answered questions quickly leading up to my trip. It is a very large house with pretty much everything you can think of. The Pool Table was used by our group a lot and was full sized (lots of places have smaller ones). The only negative aspect of the pool table is that there isn't much of a dining room / large table so if you're looking to entertain or have a big meal with everyone, then you'll have to do it outside or figure something else out. The rooms were great and all the beds/linens comfortable. The only negative anyone expressed from our group to me was that the air conditioning is on a preset timer and some people got very hot late night (maybe it was their specific room). But most people thought it was fine, so if you have temperature sensitive people in your group, then you'll have to work it out with Jen beforehand. I didn't want to touch anything because of the nature of large groups (if we turned it down, then other people would complain it's too cold). There were some small stuff like baking sheets, pizza slicers that weren't there but that comes with the territory (and this is a newer house on the market). Will be less of an issue the more the house is on the market. Outside - Outside was great. New bbq (although the propane ran very low at the end of our trip), Large pool, basketball court, ping pong tables and lots of room for activities. Our group has stayed in other homes in the Palm Springs/La Quinta area before and they were ALL infested with fire ants in grassy areas. This was the first house that DID NOT have fireants which was great. The only negative about the outdoors was the neighbors were very sensitive to noise. We got security called on us the first night of our stay and we weren't being very loud at all. Granted it was a weekday and was around midnight, but for the rest of our trip we tried to take it inside after 10pm. So if you're looking for some late night swimming / jacuzzi, I would suggest somewhere else. Overall we had a great trip and I would recommend this listing to families and more mature groups. Younger people who are looking to party all day and all night might have some problems with the neighbors.
