The perfect place to relax! This attractive holiday home with private swimming pool is quietly located in the eastern part of Gran Canaria, near the town of Ingenio. It is an authentic and traditional house with large terraces and a beautiful solarium by the pool (heatable at an additional cost). Of course there is also a BBQ for cozy evenings. The holiday home is on one level and consists of 2 semi-detached houses for 4 people, each perfect for a family with children or of course for a larger family. Each part has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Peace and quiet are guaranteed here, here you can enjoy a peaceful holiday in a rural area, yet very close to all kinds of amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets. You can reach it by car or on foot for those who like a nice walk. Ingenio is a small, charming village. The old part in particular is full of history and tradition, there are nice narrow streets, cozy cafes and restaurants. It is strategically located near the touristic southern part of the island; Meloneras and Maspalomas are only a 25-minute drive away. The holiday home can also be booked for 4 people under code ES-00033-67, one part of the house will then be closed off.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
