This place was so cozy and homey! The location was quiet and secluded, had beautiful views, all while being just a few minutes from town. John and his family were very kind, welcoming, and attentive. Had no issues, internet worked great, I would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend!

A great option for a stay in Mendocina. Just outside of town, we had a room with a small water view. Simple but clean lodging…kind of minimalist but nice outdoor space for relaxing.

Our room was at the very back of the property. I would not have chosen the location if i had the choice. The room was not clean (dog slobber on sliding glass door) and dog hair on carpet. The furnishings 9ld and outdated, carpet was worn.
