「So I booked my room three weeks ago paid for it in full the day I booked then I get there yesterday and there’s no rooms available so I had to send my kids to other rooms to stay with friends」

「Shower didn’t work, fought to get a different room where the hot water didn’t stay working. Free breakfast is a choice of two cereals, granola bars, or apples. They offer a discount at Waffle House but that is just a free drink or free coffee. They didn’t compensate for having no shower the first night or no hot water the second. I will never be back to that location! 」

「Check in amount was $10 more than Expedia charge with no explanation. Room was clean with absolutely no amenities, no actual breakfast, nothing. Fine for quick no frills stay when you’re just in town for the night. 」

「There were 3 weddings in the area and they didn't have rooms ready at the 4 pm check in time for anybody. There was a lot of people and I came in first while everyone cut in front of me. They eventually had to put me in a King "Suite", so I could dress and get ready for the wedding. 」

「Staff and breakfast did not disappoint however many of the outlets in room were not working, particularly the ones on lamps at bedside. Seems like the hotel could use a bit of remodeling/facelift. 」

「The room was clean, however the door stuck and was hard to open and shut. When I booked the room it was advertised as breakfast included. After much discussion and showing the staff that the booking showed breakfast included, I was given one voucher for each day. Even though there were two of us, I was told I could only get one complimentary breakfast because I booked a single room. I booked one room with a king bed for my husband and myself. I don't know what would have had to do to book a room...
