“My 27 year old son and I came to visit Donegal, the ancestral home of his father’s family. We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed Buncrana. We drove up to Malin Head through stunning scenery and visited sites in and around Buncrana. Julie was a kind and accommodating host. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds and a full kitchen on the outskirts of Buncrana. Due to the rain, we drove into town each time we went but it’s close enough to walk in better weather. The cottage……

“The value of the home was just incredible. The home, and it is a home, was so warm and welcoming. And truly felt like a family was bringing you inside to a well kept, well equipped, gorgeous home. The location is stunning, with splendid views and a sense of remoteness while being in touching distance of town, pub and shops.
