Luxury Townhome P2 - On the Point

Townhome P2 is part of the newly constructed, luxury homes on the point called The Manor House. Home to the original Rocky Point Hotel, this location is sure to impress! Offering 3 bedrooms, all with unobstructed lake views, a 3rd floor bonus room, 3 full spa-like bathrooms, custom quartz kitchen with large island and stainless-steel appliances, hardwood floors, large back patio over-looking the lake, flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and bathrooms and stunning, custom cedar accents throughout. You are steps from the lake whether you leave the home from the front porch or the back deck. On the property, enjoy our beautiful 1500 ft sand beach, 3 tennis courts, beach volley-ball court, island gazebo w/wood-burning fireplace and indoor pool & spa. A short walk, on paved sidewalk to the town of Inlet, you will find shops, restaurants, mini-golf, an ice cream stand, library and numerous other attractions that make out Hamlet so special. Special Rental Availability; Summer 2021 - Summer 2022 Check-In Sunday at 4pm - Friday at 10am (5 nights). Linens are not included however, a linen package can be reserved for an additional charge. Boat dock rentals available - Please check with the management office if you would like to book a dock space.

Winter in Upstate New York offers diverse outdoor activities, especially in the Adirondack towns of Old Forge, Inlet, and Eagle Bay. Enjoy skiing at McCauley Mountain or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Fern Park and Adirondack Woodcraft Camps. After your adventures, relax at local bars and restaurants or explore the charming streets filled with shops and attractions.

Favorite ADK location

We love Rocky Point condos on Forth Lake. Great host, amenities during any season and a cozy home. This was our 3rd visit and we hope to be back again soon.
