The hotel is located in the center of Innsbruck, right in the old city, near the Inn river and close to public transportation. We also got free public transportation card for the time during our stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very central location. Free upgrade to a room with interesting features (faint stars in ceiling at night). Hydrojet massage is not worth the money, would have much preferred an actual masseuse.

Comfort with style in Innsbruck

From being welcomed to ‘our house’ at check-in to leaving this morning the Das Innsbruck team were phenomenal. The hotel has been designed to provide an excellent guest experience with a nice cosy bar area, an excellent restaurant and our bedroom was lovely.

Location, location!

The hotel is lovely and a location that can’t be beat. I was able to walk from train station with a light bag for a two night stay. My room didn’t have a view of the mountains but the upside was it was quiet, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was vast and superb. And front desk staff can recommend places to eat as well. Highly recommend this hotel.
