Great location with easy walking access to Aldstadt. Despite the proximity to the road the room was totally silent thanks to the triple glazed windows. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. The building itself is beautiful and old but with modern comforts. Spent a lovely couple of nights in the hotel bar which is really cosy Special thanks to the reception staff who couldn't have been more helpful, thanks to them we had a fantastic couple of days up the mountains with our welcome cards giving us free travel. Patrick in particular was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely return!

Clean rooms, comfy beds, a great shower, and friendly, helpful staff. Things to improve: - The ski locker room. It is dark, dirty and without even a place to sit to change your boots. It does not fit to the hotel at all. Just cleaning it (it had spider webs the size of my head and dust everywhere), adding some light and some bench would be ok. - Behind the hotel there is some bar or pub that on the weekends open till late. I needed to use tabs to sleep on Saturday.

Very convenient and beautiful location. Just 15 min walks from the train station, 10 min to the centre, bars and restaurant. The single room on the 5 floor was big for one person. It had everything I needed and was very clean, quiet and very warm. The staff was very helpful, always ready to help with any questions I had. The breakfast had lots of options even for me that I am dairy intolerant. A bit pricy for a single room

I had a great stay. Rooms were spacious, remodeled and clean. Breakfast was truly outstanding, and the location couldn’t be better, we went to the Christmas markets and loved the experience. Parking was a bit difficult to figure out but overall we would stay there again.

We stayed here with a family of 4 over new years eve. Location is brilliant with a very short walk over the river to the Old Town. Hotel staff were really fantastic and accommodating. Rooms were clean and serviced and the breakfast each day was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel Mondschein was perfect for our stay in Innsbruck; it's location couldn't have been better for strolling to the Old Town as well as getting to terminals for buses and trams. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Elisa) and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast taken in the charming room overlooking the river, was excellent with a good selection and delicious fresh breads and pastries. Very good value for money and a terrific find.

The hotel was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. Great coffee. The room was warm, comfortable, and soundproof. I had a view of the mountains and the night sky. The staff were warm and helpful. Special appreciation and shout out to Patrick. He helped me get orientated to Innsbruck, use the public transportation and arrange my train trip back. The hotel receptionist was rude. The reserved room was a family room and very nice, however, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes, and this was the problem I had with the hotel. We argued to resolve this issue, and in the end, they wanted to call the police on me. The receptionist didn't believe me when I told her about the bad smell of cigarettes, and it was necessary to call a witness to expose her. When instructing the person who witnessed the event, the receptionist spoke in German instead of English, I believe so that I wouldn't understand what she was saying. My daughters had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, since the room reserved for them to sleep was unusable because of the smell. In addition, they charged me again for parking the car, which I paid for to hotels.com along with my reservation. I made a new payment. In short, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn't return to this hotel. Decide for yourself if this hotel is good to stay in or not.
