Beautiful hotel built in the Austrian (Tirol) style. Perfectly located from public transport. From the hotel you can be in Innsbruck in no time. Room was perfect and the balcony topped it off.

Nice stay nearby Innsbruck

I enjoyed the stay in Hotel Rumerhof. The location is very close to the station, where is the next-next stop from Innsbruck Hbf. The train comes every about 20min each but you might consider the time of the last train around 11:30pm. There were few restaurants near the hotel, but the hotel restaurant was good. The breakfast was nice to start every morning. The only problem for me was the room was too close to the road and rail, and the noise was very large to disturb me from early morning to late night because I needed to open window whole night due to lack of AC.

This hotel was nice but it was located right next to a busy road and a train track so it was quite noisy. It was also located with beautiful views of the Alps on both sides. I guess I did not realize how populated the area was when I made the reservation. I was hoping for a little more of a rural experience.

Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. And if you get back to the hotel after 21:00 or 22:00, you have to use a side entrance. Would really suck if you had a train delay and could not call ahead and say you were running late.

Lite bilder på nettet og det var det nok grunn til. Slitent hotell. Innsjekking skulle være åpent til 22 men når vi kom 2030 lå det bare lapp og nøkkel til oss i resepsjonen. Mange fine hotell i nærheten.

De locatie ligt buiten ‘t centrum maar met het station voor de deur kan je alle kanten op. De kamers zijn gedateerd en jammer dat er geen koffie/thee-voorziening in de kamer was. Er is geen bar of lounge dus ‘s avonds is er weinig te beleven. Restaurant voor avondeten is alleen van ma-vr open. Prima voor op doorreis, maar voor meerdere nachten kies ik de volgende keer voor n ander hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind alt und es riecht überall muffig. Zum Frühstück (20€ pP pro Tag) gab es alte pappige Brötchen. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um Innsbruck. Nachteil: die laute Bundesstraße, die einen nachts vom schlafen abhält, da die Fenster im Zimmer nicht schalldicht sind. Zudem war das Zimmer nicht ordentlich sauber, es lagen im Bad überall Haare vom Vorgänger.
