"The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. I made the reservation several weeks ago. It would have been very easy to simply give me a different number to contact on the day of our arrival, or provide the access code in advance. Top Inntal Hotel Reviews

Hotel Arte

10/10 Excellent

"The front desk staff was so helpful! The attached restaurant was good. American note- they do not have top sheets, only big duvet."

Premier Inn Passau Weisser Hase

8/10 Good

"The room is newly renovated and super clean. The hotel location is very convenient. After we entering our room, we noticed that there was no safe, no mini fridge, no sleepers and no Kleenex. The breakfast we had was average, nothing special. It’s a good place to sleep overnight."
