“The moment we called for a shuttle ride, we were treated as royalty. The shuttle arrived when and where we were told, and the driver was very attentive and professional. We went straight to the check-in desk, and they had our rooms ready and waiting. Check-in was very smooth and without issues. We went to our room and found it larger than we anticipated, and it looked and smelled fresh. We were able to connect to the property's Wi-Fi with no issues.
