The first room I went into was under maintenance, the next was run down, dirty, had sewer gas leak, and smelled like someone lived in there with a cat (because people are living there). The walls were filthy there were spots that had unknown substances on them some spots where it was maybe food on the ceiling the rest of the walls had rotten spots and holes in them, the siding was so rotted you could stick your finger through it, small bits of broken...

「Nice sea view from the balcony. Traffic noise was heavy during the day but quieted down at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym was small and not well equipped. But if you want to have a jog, the path by the waterfront was fantastic. Food outlets are available only in downtown, which was easy to get to using the public bus or having a 25 min walk.」
