"Lovely house in a quiet rural area close to some lovely villages. House is huge and we had plenty of space. 7 bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. House is slightly dated but this added to the character. House was clean, beds we comfortable and linen was good quality. "

"The home is charming. Location is central to the village but situated in a quiet garden setting. All amenities are in good condition. My only disappointment was that the bedding/pillows needed replacing or a good cleaning. Would certainly rent the home again. "

"Mice droppings in kitchen drawers and cupboards; extreme dirt and mice droppings beside cookware; kitchen appliances horribly dirty; woodworm droppings in shower room; bird droppings on furniture in master bedroom; wooden blocks in kitchen are a health hazard with food contaminants absorbed into the surfaces of the wood; spiders webs everywhere including between glass panels of oven door and even in cupboards storing dishes and glasses we were supposed to use; roman blinds in master bedroom...

"Zunächst muss ich sagen, dass der Vermieter sehr freundlich war.Leider waren wir hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit und der Ausstattung sehr enttäuscht. Wir erwarten wirklich nicht viel, aber eine gute Grundreinigung vorab eben schon. Schubladen, Geschirr etc. waren teils verschmutzt und/oder verstaubt. Überall im Haus - auch im Bett, der Waschmaschine und den Schränken - waren Hundehaare zu finden. (Man bezahlt für einen Hund wegen der Reinigung einen ordentlichen Aufschlag.)Das Bett war wahnsinnig...

"Centrally located calm charming house in Varengeville, with a romantic garden and good restaurant across the street. Very good butcher, baker and small supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance. 20 minutes to the beautiful beach, which you can walk during ebb. Very nice warm english speaking hostess. "Wir waren positiv von dem Haus und dem Ort überrascht. Das Haus bietet alles, was "man" so benötigt und hat von der Küche und der Terrasse einen grandiosen Ausblick. Der Ort ist relativ entspannt und sehr schön. Strand sehr groß, aber "nur" Kieselsteine. Der Kontakt zur deutsch sprechenden Agentur war sehr gut. Wissen sollte man: - Das Haus liegt zwischen den beiden wichtigsten Straßen des Ortes. Man bekommt den Verkehr daher mit. Erst recht, wenn die Fenster auf sind. Im EG gibt es aber auch...
