The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which made it easy to relax. "It was extremely confusing to figure how to find their underground parking. It took over 30 minutes…. Once we figured it out, everything was just great. Except we could not make local calls from the hotel phones. Recommend the hotel fixes their phones and sends picture diagram of how to find their parking."

"Spacious, comfortable hotel with a balcony overlooking the park. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great neighborhood with quick access to the metro. Our family enjoyed our stay here a great deal and hope to return again. If you want to eat the finest baling around try the Madeleine boulangerie five minutes walk from the hotel."
