“Our experience was extremely unpleasant. First, we were assigned a room we didn’t reserve and told that the two queen beds room we did reserve had been overbooked, and there was nothing the front desk staff could do about it, calling me uncooperative when I wouldn’t accept this as an answer. Finally, the manager got involved and moved another guest who was a party of one vs. our party of three. After a very long day of travel, the terrible experience continued when we were subjected to pounding……

“Very clean and tidy. Free breakfast was good with quite a variety.”

“I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 p.m and nd was told my room was not ready and that it was supposed to be ready at 4:00 p.m. They then made me wait another half hour before I was finally allowed to enter the room at 8:00 p.m. They made sure to tell me that the checkout time was still 11:00 a.m. the next day. For $200 a night I would expect a lot more. I was very disappointed. The bed was comfortable and I made the best of it, but I wouldn't stay there again.”

“At nearly $500 for the night I expected way more as my family generally stays at home2suites with much better results at a fraction of this, but guess it is all about location. Room was on the 4th floor and we had a very difficult time getting the kids asleep due to the very rowdy and loud group outside going well past 11 p.m. Breakfast was very poor considering the typical options offered at the other home2suites we have visited. So all in all I give this a very poor experience but a high……

“When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up.”

“Water pressure and drainage good, location good, fluffy white towels, clean shower curtain, comfortable bed, windows that open. Small frig worked. Didn’t use stove. Rooms seemed as clean as could be for the aged condition. Floors are gritty with cut up and mismatched linoleum. No tv in bedroom, water has iron, stains in the tub and sink and also stains your hair. No hair dryer, no breakfast. Room 4 is next to the mechanical room and you can hear noise all night. Did not use heat or air. Didn’t……

“Excellent location - within walking distance to everything. Clean and spacious. Communicating via the Expedia app was cumbersome. Links/hyperlinks do not work in the app and you can’t even cut & paste them. Parking is an issue, too. We received a parking ticket for overnight parking, which was not clear at the parking meter.”
