This special Place "The Overlook" features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed & a queen size sleeper sofa. Sleeps 4, private laundry, complete kitchen with microwave, bathroom with full size tub,

#1 Location, located right off of US 31 easy on and off highway, just 1/2 mile from the traffic light in Interlochen!
#2 Self check in we have a keypad lock no keys required for entry.
#3 Newly remodeled, modern design
#4 The unit is air conditioned for those warm summer days.

Here are 3 things to consider before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our apartment or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, located right off of US 31, potenial for road noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 12 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.
Now that this is clear, let's get to the description of the place!

The Overlook is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Traverse region.

The Overlook features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as microwave,pots & pans, coffee maker, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, toaster, blender,slow cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal.

This is a 1 bedroom unit with a queen size bed the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” HD TV, 100+MBPS WIFI . The bathroom has a full size tub/shower,hair dryer. iron/ board and a washer & dryer to take care of your laundry needs.

Because of the close proximity to The Interlochen Center for the Arts just maybe you could catch a amazing concert while in our area. In the event you are not aware of the Academy, we highly recommend you do a search,

Great place to stay

Everything was just as listed. The back deck is really nice and we had a good time watching storms come in. Very impressed with the blinds built into the door/windows. Also the outdoor spaces were free of any pests and/or webs so that was really nice. Communication with the property owner was easy and seamless. Would come again and would recommend!

Perfect fit!

My husband is building a home in the nearby town of Grawn. He had the option to stay for free with his entire crew at the builders home. He likes his down time do I found this place and booked the week! My husband loved it! It was the perfect size for him and fit all his needs! He was able to cook and do all his laundry-which I really appreciated him not bringing me home a suitcase full of dirty clothes! He is back again this week and we will probably book one more week after-total of 4 weeks!Jeff was quick to communicate and he refunded the cleaning fee when I added additional days-so I only had one cleaning fee!Great location. Clean. Pics are exactly what you get!

Property just as described. Easy in (no real steps). We were biking on trails in the area so very convenient. The view from the deck is very relaxing and our deck felt nice and private. We agree with an earlier review that the on and off the highway section of the entrance could use some work - very bumpy! We would stay here again.

Perfect “Home Base” for the Week

We were out and about from roughly 10A-8 or 9P each day, so this was a great “home base.” Super clean, well-appointed, loved Netflix! The sleeper sofa, like 99% of them, great sofa, awful sleeper (crazy noisy and very uncomfortable). Bed in bedroom was great. Road noise no big deal to us—we’ve stayed on 31 before. A fire pit by the lake would be nice…but we will definitely return (with an air mattress!)

Really nice place

My extended family and friends stayed in this location for my son's wedding. This condo is part of a 12-unit place which is perfect for wedding accommodations near the Blue Bridge venue. They all raved about their places. Very clean, unique decor with all the details and accommodations thought through. Jeff was awesome to work with. I was in communication with him on several occasions before the wedding and he was always so responsive. Beautiful views on Tullers Lake.

Outstanding Apartment

My wife and I were extremely happy with this apartment. We were really surprised that coffee and filters were included during our 4 day stay. Host even provided laundry detergent and supplies (but we didn't need to use), as well as shampoo and shower gel. The site also had a path down to the water where chairs were provided for peaceful viewing of the surroundings. Our only suggestions to the owners would be to (1) install a screen door to the patio (if possible) so we could enjoy the fresh air and not worry aobout bugs and (2) install nonslip strips in the tub to prevent falls. But all in all, this is a wonderful place to stay and is close to grocery shopping at Toms and lots of restaurants. And it is not far from Traverse City if you care to drive there,

Near perfect

Beautiful new apartment, great view. Jeff was great adjusting my stay period after I made a mistake selecting dates, and very understanding at the end, when I left on exit morning, forgetting that it was the last day. Too embarrassing for this old guy. Slightest possible improvements: 1) the high chairs at the table are very uncomfortable -- too tall for feet to reach the floor, nothing around to alleviate (my suitcase on the floor + pillow helped), even with extra seat pillows difficult. 2) the turnoff from Hwy31 -- asphalt/gravel border is bumpy -- hard to find smooth places in the dark. These are not significant enough problems to compromise my 5-star rating.

Great Place in Nowhere

My fiance and I were surprised on how clean and how modern this place is for being in a remote location. The only downside is the Enterance has a 2 inch drip from the paved road to the dirt so it makes pulling in and out a rough transition. The other down side is we couldn't stay longer! You will not be disappointed
