"I liked the room itself and the location. Close to everything I needed and about 20 min from downtown. My only real issue were the other guests.. it was packed and noisy with kids running up and down the halls and going Lord knows what in the room above other than that I was happy.. oh and I didn’t get to use the amenities there were just too many people."

"Pool was out of order I believe… room had a very loud refrigerator that I unplugged while I slept… the bathroom shelf’s underneath the sink was broken and had holes. The bathroom didn’t have a door knob.heat worked good, microwave was missing glass plate… I would not allow my homeless ppl in my neighborhood to use that place as a shelter… I want my money back."

"Door was beat up for closing, I was denied breakfast even though it was paid for as part of affirm pkg, there were grooves in tub with grit and even though I tried to clean it before using it didn’t work. Channels were limited with no WiFi even though room was supposed to come with WiFi. "

"The room it’s completely renovated in the 3floor, the others were under construction. The breakfast was limited in a simple table, nothing hot except the coffee. The staff was kind.Besides the hotel there was a construction machinery working early in the morning. Clean room. You see construction workers entering and leaving the property. Next to my room there were a guests with loud and disruptive behavior late at night for the entirety of my stay."

"Not Recommend Hotel on Northwestern Hwy. Bad Environment, not safe area, staff Not Helpful, Non Staff Speak English, Rude, don't like Service Dogs."
