“The staff was exceptionally courteous. From the wonderful ladies that ran breakfast in the mornings, to housekeeping and their turndown service, to the night manager, Morgan; the staff is topnotch. When will only stay at this hotel when we visit Lincoln in the future.”

“Comfortable, clean, most staff were friendly and helpful, never ate at the onsite restaurant/bar but was good to have it available if needed. Good location near the campus and Haymarket district”

“Pool was closed for renovation which was not known on booking. We came down for an event and were under the impression that hotel parking was for hotel guests and got there to find out all the parking was completely full. Nothing was communicated before that parking needed to be reserved my husband had to drive around to find parking and walk back to the hotel.”

“The clerk at the desk when we checked in was extremely helpful and polite even though she was very busy checking in a large group of people. She gave us directions for getting to the elevator then which way to turn when we got off the elevator. We have stayed here several times and have always found it to be clean a well maintained. The outside landscaping could use a little spruce up but overall it is fine.”

“Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly cleaned upon arrival. The linens and towels did not appear fresh or crisp, and the bathroom sink and floors were dirty, with visible hair on them. There was even a dirty, wet facecloth left beside the sink when we checked in. The breakfast area was also unsatisfactory. The carpets were heavily stained, and food items appeared to be left out for extended periods throughout the day. Another major concern was……

“Place was very dirty. No extra towels no bedding for pull out couch told we should of brought our own. Shower curtain was about to fall down holes in them. No toilet paper had to go down and get it as thats not there job to bring it up. Very dissatisfied would not stay there again”

“This is perfect for extended stay/ traveling worker guests. Full kitchen in room including cookware, dinnerware and flatware. Lots of room in suite. Good,hot shower.”

“Website did not give notice of a major remodel taking place. No laundry available, could not use pool.breakfast was late starting and was fair. Property to change hands end of year to Marriot.”

“Room very nice hotel very quiet except for some street noise that quieted down after 11 pm. Breakfast was good and plenty of room. Parking was across a sky bridge and was a bit awkward to cross, but still works. Obvious hotel is under staffed as front desk personnel doing multiple jobs. Was also impossible to get through to property directly on the phone.”
