「We had a wonderful stay here. The apt had washer and dryer and very clean. It is also walking distance to the train station. We stayed here mainly to go to Lake Como and it was an easy bus trip to Mennagio. Gea was very easy to work with and gracious. The area is very quite which is nice after being around a ton of other busy places in Switzerland and Lake Como area. 」

「This property was in a beautiful spot and was comfortable to stay there. Unfortunately the kitchen was not stocked at all. We have stayed at other AirB&Bs and they all had minimal items needed: paper towels, dishwasher soap, one morning’s worth of coffee, olive oil, spices. This property should have all this to give it a perfect rating. 」

「Arrival was a bit confusing: getting a taxi was a small challenge (number posted by phone didn't work). Only one other challenge - finding the Cell number for the host buried in fine print/not obvious in the VRBO! The location of the Flat is in the center of the village where there is so many ristoranti, bars, pubs, tratorias and gelati olaces stand in the village you could spend a very long vacation in Stress and still miss some eating places!. "Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
