Lovely stay

We loved our stay. The staff are fantastic. Very dog friendly. The spa is nic and clean and not crowded. We had a deluxe double room and it was a good size for the two of us and our two dogs. Lovely location too just a short walk into the town.

The staff were very attentive and happy to help us with anything. Food was excellent, and the location was convenient and not far from the small town and castle. Our dog was made to feel welcome, and for once we felt part of the restaurant area, and were not sat away from the other residents because we had a dog.

Loch Fyne - Loch Brilliant More like

The hotel is in a beautiful situation, with far reaching views across the loch. The staff were all very friendly, the room was beautiful and, they are extremely dog friendly. I will definitely be returning to stay here again in the near future.

Weekend getaway

A wonderful 2-night getaway birthday weekend! Everything was first rate: friendly staff, the warmest of welcomes, Great spa treatments, excellent pool, sauna and steam bath, clean and comfortable room, and excellent meals! Gorgeous location right on Loch Fyne, and superb weather. Couldn't have been better!

Lovely hotel with easy parking, great food (try the tart for dessert!), beautiful views in the lounge and restuaraunt, and a delightful pool and spa area. Note that you do need reservations for the outdoor hot tub (we were late arrivals and early departure, and did not check on the process for that). Would happily return and hopefully spend more than one night next time.
