「Loved having our own space. Feels like you're in your own unique home. Very quiet, no noise from next door apartroom. Fantastic sleep in a very comfortable superking bed. Very powerful shower. All mod cons, so you can cook yourselves or order in a takeaway. There is a laundry room on the premises, although we didn't use but saw others use. Only downfall we had is there is not much space at the sides of the bed and you havent got enough shelves at bedside. 」

「This is our third visit which probably says it all! The property is war, clean , comfortable and peaceful. It isn't really equipped for proper cooking but has a toaster, small mobile hot plate and toaster, very adequate for our needs. Our hosts were friendly,welcoming and unobtrusive.」

「Super flat in a lovely, perfect location for town amenities and for dogs. Flat was very well equipped with modcons including Wifi and Netflix. For some reason I could not get free view on the TV so in between Netflix films I was watching NBNews and AfricanNews! Really recommend this property for a holiday in Edzell.」

「It was a very nice and relaxing time in this holiday apartment. The rooms were modern and stylishly designed. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kettle broke and we had a new one the next morning. Very obliging. Thanks so much. The area with the harbor and industry wasn't that exciting, but the holiday apartment was even more so. We felt very comfortable.」

「We loved our stay at Oakbank. It was spacious, immaculately clean and centrally located for the local services. We ate out in Edzell 3 times and thought the food was excellent. Definitely want to go back and still got lots of walks to do!」

「Dirty apartment. Dated and misleading from pictures online, loads of cupboard and doors have padlocks on them dust everywhere and beer cans and cigarette butts everywhere outside the property. Wallpaper bubbling badly and stains on ceiling. Waste of money didnt end up staying and being there 5 mins and had been bitten by something. Owners lack of communication and denied a refund. More like a crackhouse than a holiday destination. 」

「The Snug is in the perfect location for exploring waterfront Stonehaven. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, and very near the start of the walking trail that goes from Stonehaven to the war memorial and Dunnottar Castle. The flat itself is adorable - brightly decorated with lovely Scottish touches. We were a family of two adults and one preteen, and it was a good fit. The kitchen has items to store and prepare food, which we did several of the days. It was great having our own...
