The Mountain Gem is a cozy yet spacious 1130sqft 2 Bed 2 Bath condo in the heart of Invermere on the Lake. Just steps away you'll find all the downtown restaurants and shops Invermere has to offer. For summer guests, you have Kinsmen Beach park less than 1km away to enjoy the sun with its beautiful beach and outdoor activities. Love the central location; fully supplied kitchen (full pantry; well-equipped); working air-conditioner (for our 32C temps). We loved walking in the city, as we were close to our favorite bakery!! Also close to the Kinsmen Beach. We made good use of the game room in our condo. Thanks for the treats! Sean was an excellent help as well.

From start to finish this property was easy to book with very reasonable check out expectations. Sean was an excellent communicator and the property description exceeded our expectations. The layout with the bedrooms on opposite sides with the living room, kitchen and balcony in between made it perfect for 2 couples. We found the kitchen to be well equipped with everything we needed. The proximity to downtown was excellent and the town was clean and safe with all amenities nearby. Highly recommend and we would stay here again next time we are in the area.

Spring skiing

This was our third time staying at Sean's place. We like the location as it's close to everything in invermere. We are normally here to skate the whiteway and ski at panorama and nipika. Snow wasn't great this year, but the condo didn't disappoint. All the amenities and it's clean. We had a plumbing issue that was fixed promptly while we were out skiing. First time we've ever had an issue here and it was just one of those things. We cook most of our meals and appreciate the full complement of pots and pans and utensils. Third time staying here should tell you something!

Comfortable and Clean Property

Our family has a lovely time at this property. The shuttle to the ski hill is a short walk and you are situated close to shopping. The property was clean and well stocked for cooking and relaxing. The small games room was a hit with our kids. Check in process was smooth and straight forward. Communication with the manager was timely.

July in Invermere - Amazing stay!! Perfect location!!

We had a great stay in Invermere. We were here for a family reunion. The condo had everything we needed - it was exceptional. Spacious bedrooms, large kitchen, laundry, great living room space and balcony and location location location. So convenient to main street shops and 10 minute walk to the beach.
