Our beautiful Villa Baya is a 70 sqm brand new island house incorporating all modern facilities and accommodating up to 4 persons very comfortably! It has a suite double bedroom with wonderful views of the sea, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped and modern kitchen, an elegant shower bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds (that can be made into a double if needed). But the most important part of the house is its large terrace with an uninterrupted view of the port and landscape of Ios Island, the nearby island of Sikinos and the endless blue of the Aegean Sea!
Villa Baya is situated right above the beautiful port of Ios Island (7 min drive) and the Chora (capital village) at 5 min drive. Due to its proximity to the two most developed parts of the island, it is in a very convenient location and offers easy accessibility to all possible touristic services (Bank ATM’S, touristic offices, super markets, shops, pharmacies, restaurants, bars etc. Yet due to its position being at a higher altitude, it is quiet and offers spectacular and uninterrupted views of the island’s landscape, the nearby island of Sikinos and the Aegean Sea. Most of the year, our guests can enjoy amazing sunsets right in front of their terrace!
The house is very easily accessible, as our guests can park right underneath the entrance, at their own parking space.
The beautiful terrace and the outdoor barbecue area make the houses ideal for groups of friends as well as families with children!
The House offers all the necessary modern facilities like air conditioning, free Wi –Fi, multilingual cable TV, surround audio system, etc).
As a self-catering house, its kitchen is fully equipped with a full oven, fridge, coffee machines and other kitchenware, a washing machine and dishwasher, elegant dinnerware sets and glassware and local herbs for our guests to use in their cooking!

Just 40min by boat from the cosmopolitan and touristic Santorini, sits the absolutely beautiful island of Ios.
Ios offers top quality beaches, definitely of the best in the whole of the Aegean, traditional “tavernas” with top quality Greek food (local cheeses, local meat and vegetables), romantic restaurants and chill out bars, picturesque churches, amazing trekking paths, a variety of activities like boat tours to totally secluded beaches, canoeing safaris, sup paddling and diving. And all of that in very reasonable prices!
It is true that there is something about this island, its energy or vibe, or however one could call it. Outside the two partying places, it is calm and quiet and reminds us of how Greece used to be when we were young, when we could just drive for 15 min and have an amazing beach with crystal clear waters, just to ourselves!
