“The QR code on the lock box was very helpful in accessing the keys. The host quickly responded and resolved an issue we had upon arrival. We used the skywalk system to easily navigate to Casey's Center. I would be open to staying here in the future.”

“While a studio, the stay offers a full kitchen, complete with baking utensils and pans, and it is very conveniently located in the heart of Des Moines. The bed was comfy, the shower strong, and soaps, shampoos and other bathroom articles were provided.”

“Apartment was a good jumping point to the Civic Center 0.6 miles away. The apartment had adequate space for sleeping, but didn’t have adequate space for seating to watch TV or eating. 3 people was a tight fit on the small couch and there’s no table for eating. It served our purposes, but might not work for a group of four staying for a longer period of time. Communication with the property administrator was easy through the VRBO app. Parking spaces were hard to come by on a Friday night. ”

During a busy weekend with a local tournament, many accommodations were already booked, so I reserved this apartment. When I arrived, I realized the property felt less secure than I had expected from the listing, which made me somewhat uncomfortable.
